ME!

I am Aaron Tracey of Iroc Hair. I traveled a very unconventional path into the hair industry. After a career in the military, I found myself asking what next and being a hairstylist wasn’t exactly at the top of my list. But a chance conversation with my younger brother piqued my interest. Shortly thereafter I enrolled in school and I wish I could say I never looked back. I quit more times than I care to admit. But for every day that I walked out and said I wasn’t coming back. Yet I always found motivation to start back again the very next day.

That was over 20 years ago and now I can truly say that resolve and resilience have served me well and I have truly evolved to become an innovator of hair. My strong drive and artistic vision have afforded me the opportunity display my talents everywhere from fashion shows, photo shoots and movie sets. However, at my core is a passion for educating the next generation of

stylists to realize their fullest potential by understanding that they have to put in the work to develop skilled expertise, cutting edge technique and striving to provide exceptional customer service. It is my belief that talent plus education equals skill and as the beauty industry evolves so should beauty professionals in order to provide the best service for their guests. My gift has truly made room for me. As an International Educator with Design Essentials I have been afforded opportunities to work with and learn from some of the worlds most amazingly talented people in the Industry. While I love to travel the globe sharing my passion of hair. My first love is behind the chair honing my craft and enhancing the beauty of my clients. In addition to my affiliation with Design Essentials, I am also a Brand Ambassador for Cocco Hair Pro. You can find me creating Roc Stars in Atlanta, GA. Come Roc with me.
